We are on a journey of continuous growth - now looking for our next star - a passionate Quality Technician. This position reports to Quality Manager and will work in Sparta TN.
About the position
As Quality Technician of the Sparta team, you will be involved in inspecting finished fuel and sanitation tanks, both Marine and non-marine, Marine steering and control systems, as well as components, sub-assemblies, and kits produced at the Sparta Plant
Your Main Responsibilities
- Performs in-process and final inspection of finished good product for Marine and Non-Marine fuel and sanitation tanks and Marine steering and control systems
- Inspect Dometic and supplier components as well as sub-assemblies and kits
- Perform random sampling of product audits

A suitable background would be 2 plus years experience within Manufacturing and Quality Control as well as the following qualifications and experiences:
- Ability to use measurement and test equipment (CMM, Calipers, mics, durometer, indicators etc.)
- Inspect to Part Number, Blueprint or Standard, all First Piece and Production Product
- Understanding of BOM, SOP, and Work Instructions
- Ability to perform Product/ Process Audits
- Good communication skills- written and verbal
- Math Skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team
