What You'll Do

We are seeking a Machine Operator (DTF Printing) to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining digital printing equipment to produce high-quality prints for customer orders.

This role follows a Monday-Thursday schedule with four 10-hour shifts each week.

The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, takes ownership of equipment maintenance, and can consistently deliver accurate, high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.

This position may also cross-train in other production areas.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily:

* Operate DTF digital printers using specialized software and ensure jobs are processed accurately

* Monitor print output to maintain consistent color, alignment, and quality standards

* Perform routine and preventative maintenance, including cleaning and basic troubleshooting

* Document maintenance activities and escalate recurring issues as needed

* Prepare and transfer job files using RIP software and manage print queues

* Perform precise color matching to meet customer specifications

* Inspect printed materials for defects and ensure quality before production handoff

* Handle post-print processes, including:

* DTF layout interpretation (job cards, visuals)

* Cutting and organizing heat transfer applications (HTAs)

* Matching prints to job specifications and identifying issues

* Transport completed work to the next stage of production

What We're Looking For

This role requires:

* Experience in DTF, digital printing, screen printing, or machine operation preferred

* Ability to learn and operate print software (e.g., Ergosoft, Versa Works, InEdit)

* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office;
Adobe Illustrator is a plus

* Understanding of printing processes and color consistency is preferred
