Job Title: 1st Shift Production Associate
Location: Sparta, TN
Pay: $16/hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Work in various production areas such as sewing, cutting, embroidery, screen printing, sublimation, warehouse, picking, packing, or shipping.
- Manufacture products to custom specifications.
- Load embroidery machines and assist with color matching.
- Pull and pack orders accurately.
- Maintain equipment and make adjustments as needed.
- Identify and report defects during production.
- Follow production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Perform light computer work and match job cards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to color match.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand throughout the shift and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Organized, adaptable, and eager to learn new tasks.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-changing environment.
