Solar Line Technician – Night Shift in Sparta, TN
Job Title:
Solar Line Technician (2nd Shift).
Location:
Sparta, TN. Shift: 8:30 PM – 7:00 AM Sun–Wed night with OT on Thursday as needed. Pay: $17.00/hour.
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team on the solar line. This position involves cleaning, inspecting, and stacking solar panels in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Clean and prepare solar panels for processing.
- Inspect panels for quality and defects.
- Stack and organize panels according to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow all safety and production guidelines.
- Ability to lift heavy materials consistently throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stand, bend, and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Dependable with good attendance.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience.
