Job Title:
Solar Line Technician (1st Shift)
Location:
Sparta, TN
Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay: $15.00/hour
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team on the solar line. This position involves cleaning, inspecting, and stacking solar panels in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Clean and prepare solar panels for processing
- Inspect panels for quality and defects
- Stack and organize panels according to specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety and production guidelines
- Ability to lift heavy materials consistently throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand, bend, and work in a physically demanding environment
- Dependable with good attendance
Previous manufacturing or production experience required.
