Job Title:
Assembly Operator
Location:
Sparta
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Thursday 5am-3:30pm (overtime as needed)
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Employment Type:
Temp to Hire
- Perform assembly tasks according to established procedures and guidelines.
- Utilize hand tools and assembly machines to complete tasks.
- Ensure assembled products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and report any defects or issues during the assembly process.
- Complete production tasks by the end of the shift.
- Assembly experience.
- Manufacturing experience.
- Ability to work at a fast pace with attention to detail.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Hand tools.
- Assembly machine.
