12hr-D Shift (United States of America)

• Handle and operate any machinery, tools or equipment used safely while performing job duties.
• Ensure effective employee relations, provide employee coaching and development, make employment decisions, and resolve employee issues through problem resolution.
• Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve positive results in all areas and continuously improve in all areas.
• Manage departmental performance measures, including visual controls and provide regular progress reports to manager.
• Provide leadership.
• Perform accident investigations.
• Maintain proper inventory levels.
• Manage department priorities.
• Track absenteeism and timekeeping.
• Communicate effectively with Plant Manager & Human Resources.

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to learn basic measurements/mathematics
• 3-5 years production/manufacturing experience

• Previous management/supervisor experience a plus

• Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.
