Work Shift:

12hr-B Shift (United States of America) Join Our Team! We are seeking motivated, mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy working with machinery and want to build a career in manufacturing. As a Processor Trainee, you will learn to operate, troubleshoot, and optimize Reheat & Stretch Blow Mold (RHSB) equipment used in the production process. This is an excellent opportunity for machine operators, production technicians, manufacturing technicians, and mechanically minded individuals looking to grow into a highly skilled Process Technician role.

No processing certification is required - we provide hands-on training and development opportunities. Shift: 12-Hour Day Shift (7am-7pm) off every other weekend Pay: $18/hr based on shift, with advancement opportunities

What You’ll Do
  • Safely operate production machinery, tools, and equipment
  • Assist with machine startups, shutdowns, and changeovers
  • Monitor machine performance and process conditions
  • Make minor machine adjustments using controls, buttons, and hand tools
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and help resolve production problems
  • Clear machine jams and maintain smooth operation
  • Inspect products for quality and identify defects
  • Work closely with Quality to ensure standards are met
  • Complete production and quality documentation accurately
  • Perform routine machine and product checks throughout the shift
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ years of manufacturing, machine operating, or production experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
  • Comfortable working around automated production equipment
  • Ability to identify and resolve basic machine issues
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
Preferred Qualifications
  • Plastics manufacturing experience
  • Blow molding, injection molding, extrusion, or molding experience
