Job Title: 1st Shift Plastic Extruder Operator
Location: Sparta, TN
Pay: $15.00/hr
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm (Overtime as needed)
Job Description: We're seeking a dependable Plastic Extruder Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Sparta, TN! The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities- Set up, operate, and monitor plastic extrusion machines
- Ensure product quality by inspecting materials and making adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Troubleshoot minor machine or material issues
- Follow production schedules and complete required documentation
- Previous experience in plastic extrusion or manufacturing preferred
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and stand for long periods
- Reliable attendance and teamwork are a must
