Job Description
We are seeking reliable CNC Machine Operators to join a manufacturing operation specializing in vehicle suspension systems. This position is ideal for candidates with previous manufacturing, machine operation, or CNC experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. The CNC Machine Operator will operate and monitor CNC equipment, load and unload materials, perform basic machine adjustments, inspect finished parts, and follow established production and safety procedures.
Requirements
- 6+ months of consistent factory, manufacturing, or machine operation experience required.
- Previous CNC or machine operation experience preferred.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, production specifications, and safety procedures.
- Ability to use basic measuring tools such as calipers and gauges.
- Strong attendance and reliability.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to inspect parts and identify quality issues.
- Must be dependable and willing to work scheduled overtime when needed.
Available Shifts
- 1st and 2nd shifts: 10-hour shifts, Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday.
- Day and night shifts: 12-hour shifts, Friday–Sunday.
- Overtime available.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor CNC machines and related production equipment.
- Load and unload raw materials, components, and finished parts.
- Perform basic machine adjustments and tool changes as needed.
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments within established guidelines.
- Use calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools to inspect parts.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure parts meet specifications.
- Follow established CNC, production, and safety procedures.
- Report equipment, tooling, or quality issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Meet daily production and quality expectations.
- Work as part of a team to maintain efficient production.
