Unarmed Security Guard - Cookeville, TN in Sparta, TN Requirements

• Proven experience as security officer (Preferred)
• Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
• Familiarity with report writing
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills
• High School diploma (Preferred)
• Reliable Transportation
• Be available to work overnights
• Have a valid state issued Valid Driver's License and Social Security Card
• Be able to work up to 12 hours per shift if required
• Must display a professional appearance and attitude
• Must have at least 2 years of customer service experience
• Must possess excellent communications skills and phone etiquette
• Must be familiar with using a computer and a smartphone
• Must pass a comprehensive background investigation and drug test
• Must have a valid Unarmed/ Armed Security Officer License
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

• Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
• Secure all exits, doors and windows after end of operations
• Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation
• Provide assistance to people in need
• Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences through the Delt Corp Management System
• 3rd shift available.
