Armed Tactical Security Officer
Read the environment, anticipate risk, and act accordingly. Physical ability is essential. Patrol surrounding environments such as retail stores, airports, and detention centers.
Responsibilities- Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity.
- Verify identities and control access to secure areas.
- React quickly to threats or incidents.
- Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras.
- Document incidents and actions taken.
- Respond to alarms and conduct on‑site checks.
- Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Background in Military, Law Enforcement, or Armed Corrections.
- 21 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Report.
- Documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
- Pass an extensive screening process.
- First aid certification is an asset.
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
- Site location:
Sparta & Smithville, TN. - Part‑time schedule: 9 p.m. – 5 a.m. Friday – Sparta;
Saturday – Smithville. - Competitive hourly wage of $21.00.
