Position DetailsWe are an Auto Repossession Company! This is a full time driving position covering Middle Tennessee. You are responsible for running and updating orders in compliance with all State and Federal laws as well as in accordance with contractual perimeters, along with collecting data with our LPR system throughout your shift. (PAY IS COMMISSION BASED) (SHIFTS ARE 5 DAYS A WEEK) You must have a clean driving record, pass a background and drug test.
Willing to work flexible hours. Proven ability and experience working without direct supervision. Positive attitude and a high aptitude for problem solving. Basic computer skills including internet and email, own/operate a smartphone. Clean, presentable appearance, reliable, strong work ethic and loyal. Able to read, write and speak English with reasonable capability to be able to communicate with customers, employees, and vendors.
- Drive LPR camera‑equipped vehicles along assigned routes to capture high‑quality license plate images and vehicular data.
- Conduct systematic surveillance of targeted locations, including parking lots, entry points, and high‑traffic areas.
- Collect, record, and organize vehicle data accurately for analysis and reporting purposes.
- Assist law enforcement agencies by providing detailed reports on suspicious or criminal activity observed during patrols.
- Maintain the operational readiness of surveillance equipment, ensuring cameras and data systems function correctly during shifts.
- Write comprehensive incident and activity reports that detail observations, findings, and actions taken during patrols.
- Support research initiatives by gathering relevant vehicle movement data confidentially in correlation with vehicle repossession.
- Previous experience in law enforcement, security, or related fields is desirable but not required.
- Strong report‑writing skills with the ability to document observations clearly and accurately.
- Knowledge of data collection techniques and familiarity with surveillance technology is preferred.
- Ability to operate vehicles safely while maintaining focus on surveillance objectives.
- Excellent research skills with an eye for detail when analyzing vehicle patterns or suspicious activity.
- Physical ability to sit for extended periods during shift and operate equipment effectively.
