Loan Officer III

Overview

Are you the kind of lending expert who loves helping people’s dreams come true whether that’s a family buying their first home or a small business expanding into something amazing? We want you on our team. We’re looking for a dynamic Loan Officer III to take the lead on mortgage and business lending. As a senior-level lender, you’ll guide members through the lending process from application to closing, delivering personalized, friendly, and efficient service every step of the way.

You’ll also help grow our lending team through mentoring other loan officers and make a real impact in the communities we serve.

• Interview and process mortgage and business loan applications like a pro
• Communicate loan decisions clearly and confidently
• Keep every file on track with accuracy, compliance in order, and on time
• Build lasting relationships with members, realtors, contractors, and local businesses
• Stay ahead of lending trends and secondary market requirements
• Provide sound financial guidance and cross-offer products that truly help our members
• Work with programs like Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, USDA, VA, FHA, and business lending portfolios
• Present quarterly reports for the Board of Directors and conduct on-site visits with business lending accounts

This position requires an Associate’s Degree in Finance or 6+ years of lending experience. You will need secondary market experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop relationships. Our selected candidate needs the confidence to handle complex mortgage and business loans.
