• Manage a team of six
• Oversee financial statement preparation and annual audit
• Lead the annual budgeting process and support strategic planning
• Prepare property tax filings and ensure compliance
• Own the month‑end close process and reporting
• Collaborate with the CFO

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in manufacturing accounting
• Some cost accounting experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills

Salary: $140,000 to $160,000
