This role offers the opportunity to grow and manage business lending relationships while also supporting residential mortgage lending throughout our 14-county field of membership.

You'll have the flexibility to build relationships your way, the support of dedicated underwriting and processing professionals, and the ability to focus on what you do best-serving members, developing business, and creating customized financial solutions.

Our lending team understands the communities we serve, allowing us to make decisions close to our members. You'll have the opportunity to structure thoughtful lending solutions that meet unique needs while maintaining strong credit quality.

You'll have the opportunity to develop and manage meaningful business relationships across our communities, including commercial real estate, equipment financing, lines of credit, and other business lending opportunities.

You'll work alongside an experienced lending team with dedicated underwriting and loan processing support, allowing you to spend more time building relationships and less time managing the details behind the scenes.

• Develop and manage business lending relationships with new and existing members.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, real estate professionals, accountants, attorneys, and community organizations.
• Structure commercial lending solutions that support member goals and business growth.
• Assist members with residential mortgage needs, including purchase, refinance, construction, and home equity lending.
• Present lending recommendations and collaborate with internal teams throughout the approval process.
• Represent 1st Community Credit Union at community and business events.

• A minimum of 6 years of lending experience
• Strong business lending experience
• Experience originating residential mortgage loans
• Proven ability to develop and maintain member relationships
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
• A desire to lead, mentor others, and contribute at a senior level
