Position Overview

As a Staffing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in connecting people with opportunities by supporting recruiting, sourcing, onboarding, and talent engagement. You'll help identify qualified candidates, keep the hiring process moving, and create a positive experience for Talent, clients, and your A  teammates.

You'll be at the center of the staffing process - reaching out to candidates, coordinating interviews, conducting onboarding and client orientations, answering employment questions, and keeping important information accurate in our applicant tracking system. You'll also support the day-to-day operations that help our recruiting team deliver responsive service.

What You'll Do
  • Connect with active and passive job seekers through our applicant tracking system, job boards, online resources, personalized outreach, and professional networking.
  • Screen candidates for job requirements, discuss opportunities, coordinate interviews, and help maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future openings.
  • Support a positive candidate and employee experience by handling applications and inquiries, answering questions about payroll and benefits, conducting onboarding and client orientations, and completing follow-up activities.
  • Keep staffing operations running smoothly by completing I-9 and E-Verify processes, maintaining accurate ATS records and Talent files, supporting timekeeping, and providing administrative and office support.
  • Partner closely with Recruiters and Talent Relations Specialists, support social media and community outreach, and represent A  at events as needed.

What We're Looking For
  • Associate degree with two years of related customer service, administrative, human resources, recruiting, or staffing experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills, including strong phone and listening skills.
  • A people-focused approach and the ability to provide exceptional service to candidates, employees, clients, and coworkers.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and comfort learning applicant tracking systems, online recruiting platforms, and other technology.
