• Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in DDC-HVAC systems and building controls.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint; willingness to learn government software.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel (~20%).
• Preferred: Experience with federal or military facility operations.

• Operate and maintain DDC and BAS systems.
• Support capital projects over $25,000, including site assessments, scope development, cost estimation, and site visits.
• Document system activities and report issues.
• Assist in maintenance, repairs, and work order management.
• Participate in energy management and sustainability initiatives.
• Verify maintenance and repair activities.
• Maintain software and hardware systems, ensuring updates and backups.
• Review construction plans for BAS integration.
• Manage network connectivity and interface with IT support.
• Train personnel on BAS operations.
• Operate HVAC systems to maintain environmental conditions.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical support to Facility Coordinators.

Work may involve prolonged sitting, standing, walking, climbing, and lifting items up to 25 pounds. Environment varies from indoor office settings to outdoor conditions, with potential exposure to loud noises and extreme temperatures.

Approximately 20% travel required.

Bachelor’s Degree or higher.

At least 5 years in DDC-HVAC or related field.
