A technology services provider is seeking a PC/Technical Support Technician to support the United States Army Reserve Command at Fort McCoy, WI. Responsibilities include providing tier 2 support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and documenting system upgrades. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft OS and Active Directory. Certifications such as CompTIA Security+ and an active DoD Secret Clearance are required.
This role requires onsite work Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend support.
