Manufacturing Technician

Join a dedicated team at a leading manufacturer specializing in high-quality products. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a key role in both shipping/receiving and hands-on manufacturing operations. This position offers a unique schedule of four 10-hour days (Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm), providing a three-day weekend every week. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with both computers and manufacturing equipment.

• Perform shipping and receiving duties, including preparing shipments and receiving inventory. Shipping and receiving duties will vary between 2-10 hours seasonally, remainder of work hourswill be spent performing other duties.
• Operate a variety of machines and equipment.
• Assemble components according to specifications and ensure proper labeling of products.
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards.
• Participate in process improvement and efficiency projects.
• Read and interpret sales orders, production orders,and quality check sheets.
• Pack products and parts according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.
• Provide courteous assistance to visitors and vendors, notifying appropriate staff of deliveries or pickups.
• Assist in other departments and perform daily housekeeping duties as needed.

• Computer skills and experience with data entry.
