Raw Dairy Operations Technician

A growing dairy manufacturing company in Vernon County, Wisconsin is seeking a Raw Dairy Operations Technician to support daily processing operations within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

This role offers the opportunity to learn multiple production functions while supporting safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
Dairy manufacturing experience required!

Night 12‑hour shifts available

• Support raw dairy processing operations and equipment changeovers
• Conduct quality checks and maintain production documentation
• Monitor processes and communicate equipment or product concerns
• Follow GMPs, SOPs, sanitation, and food safety standards
• Assist with inventory counts, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide coverage across multiple production areas as needed

• High school diploma or GED required
• Dairy manufacturing experience required
• 2+ years of manufacturing or processing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and sanitation practices is a plus
