U.S. Silica is seeking a dedicated Process Operator to safely and efficiently run production equipment across conveyors, screens, pumps, hydrosizers and dryers in Sparta, Wisconsin. You will follow established procedures, monitor equipment, perform inspections, and support TPM tasks as needed.
This full-time role requires the ability to work outdoors in all seasons, climb stairs and ladders, and maintain high safety and quality standards while supporting continuous production improvements.
