Hours:
Monday to Friday; 2p.m.
-10p.m. Wage: $17.69 per hour

Are you a hardworking, mechanically inclined professional seeking a hands-on role in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We are looking for a dedicated Machine Operator to be a vital part of our production team. In this role, you'll oversee and maintain equipment operations to ensure seamless production processes, contributing directly to the company's success and growth.
As an essential team member, you'll follow detailed instructions, monitor machinery, perform routine preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot mechanical issues—all while playing a key role in meeting daily production targets. Required Skills- Basic understanding of manufacturing machinery and operations
- Ability to perform basic math and read instructions clearly
- Competence with precision measuring devices
- Capable of making independent decisions based on operational standards
- Familiarity with electronic control systems, including robotic components
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull 30 pounds, and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work in a factory environment with noise, fumes, and raw materials
- Experience with quality control standards and inspection processes
- Prior experience in mechanical troubleshooting or maintenance
- Knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA compliance
- Basic proficiency with Excel spreadsheets
Education and Experience
- At least 6 months to 1 year of related manufacturing or machine operation experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work on-site in a manufacturing facility
- Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet production schedules
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace
