Plough Line Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Plough Line Operator to join their team. As a Plough Line Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Plough Line Operator

Location: Sparta, WI

Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 p.m.

- 6:00 a.m. with overtime on Fridays as needed

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned production and processing equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing operations
• Scan and dump raw product into processing equipment efficiently and accurately
• Fill and verify containers to meet specified requirements
• Operate labeling equipment and apply bands or seals to containers securely
• Package finished products and stack on pallets for shipment

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, or machine operation preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods
• Capability to lift up to 55 pounds consistently
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow instructions
• Forklif experience or willingness to train
