We're hiring fora Machine Operator
on 1st shift in Sparta for our premier client and employer! You'll work in a clean, well-lit environment. The role offers opportunity for advancement, growth, and cross training.
Schedule
: 1st Shift, 6a.m.
-2p.m. Monday through Friday
** Overtime as needed on Saturday
Starting Pay
: $18.00 per hour

CNC Machine Operator Duties- Operates CNC machine center by milling blocks of aluminum
- Correctly loads and unloads machines
- Properly uses scanner to document jobs capturing accurate data with minimal scanning errors
- Performs quality checks of finished, milled product, using calipers to ensure proper dimensional requirements.
- Maintains production levels required for this position
- Buffs and de-burrs parts and plates
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Strong work history
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus
- Must possess basic math & ruler reading skills
- High attention to detail required
- Attendance is important - must be at work every day!
