RN Clinical Supervisor | Sparta Urgent Care

Job Summary

We are seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor to lead and support patient care at Sparta Urgent Care. This role includes clinical leadership, project oversight, staffing, and direct patient care.

• Lead and support broad‑range patient care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Manage project‑based work, schedule production, and direct reports.
• Provide operational oversight and direct patient care.

• Associate’s degree in Nursing.
• Active Wisconsin or multi‑state RN license upon start.
• Infant‑Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers.
• 3–4 years of RN experience in Emergency Medicine/Urgent Care (desired).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Sparta, Wisconsin. Full‑time, 72 hours biweekly (0.9 FTE) primarily Monday‑Friday afternoons/evenings with occasional weekends/holidays.
