RN – Sparta Family Medicine Clinic

Love + Medicine’s RN position is focused on delivering patient care across the full spectrum of health needs—from newborns to geriatrics—within a collaborative, community‑centered primary care setting.

• Work 32 scheduled hours per week (Monday‑Friday, 7:45am to 4:30pm, with a 45‑minute lunch break). Provide occasional coverage until 5pm on a scheduled basis.
• Perform telephone triage and in‑person assessments, quality work for hypertension and diabetes, wound care, INR management, and Medicare Annual Wellness Visits.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and care team members to deliver high‑quality, compassionate care in a supportive clinic environment.

• Starting pay of $31.98 per hour, with additional compensation based on experience.

• Associate Degree in Nursing.
• RN licensure to practice in the State of Wisconsin (or imminent licensure).
