RN, Registered Nurse | Sparta Urgent Care

We are looking for a part‑time Registered Nurse to join Sparta Urgent Care, a high‑energy, patient‑centered clinic in the Coulee region.

Scheduled weekly hours: 24, 48 hours biweekly (0.6

FTE). Part‑time roles include 8‑hour shifts with alternate weekend rotation.

• Provide direct patient care in a multidisciplinary team of APCs, RNs, and EMTs.
• Perform clinical duties in a 7‑day per week urgent care setting (Mon‑Fri 10a‑6p; Sat‑Sun 8a‑4p).
• Deliver compassionate, evidence‑based care to patients of all ages.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and comply with state and hospital policies.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership and contribute to shared governance initiatives.

• RN license in Wisconsin, current and in good standing.
• Associate degree in Nursing (or higher).
• Current Infant‑Adult Basic Life Support certification.
• Three or more years of recent acute care RN experience (highly desired).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to compassionate care for all patient populations.

Work hours:
