Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to work evenings (weekends only) in a fast‑paced retail environment. The position is part‑time with flexible scheduling.

• Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Operate the cash register and handle cashier tasks.
• Offer product suggestions and cross‑sell items.
• Assist with the food program as needed.
• Maintain store appearance inside and outside, ensuring high standards.
• Provide regular, predictable onsite attendance.
• Collaborate with team members to accomplish daily goals.

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Sales associate or cashier experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Motivated to advance career and willing to learn.
• Excellent communication and friendly conversation skills.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Team player who can solve problems and suggest improvements.

• Stand or walk up to 8 hours.
• Lift or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes.
• Occasionally lift or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
• Bend at waist with some twisting up to one hour shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects requiring eye‑hand coordination; may climb a ladder.
