RSS Talent Partners is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to help expand our footprint throughout the Coulee Region and ultimately across Wisconsin.
This is not an account management role.
We're hiring a business development professional who enjoys opening doors, building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and helping organizations solve talent and workforce challenges.
If you've successfully sold staffing, recruiting, HR services, payroll services, professional services, or other business‑to‑business solutions and are looking for greater autonomy, flexibility, and growth potential, we'd like to talk with you.

What You'll Do- Prospect and develop new business opportunities throughout Wisconsin, beginning with a primary focus on the Coulee Region
- Build relationships with business owners, executives, HR leaders, operations leaders, and hiring managers
- Conduct in person client visits and discovery meetings
- Identify talent acquisition and workforce challenges and recommend customized recruiting and workforce solutions
- Generate new recruiting, retained search, direct hire, and staffing opportunities
- Develop and execute territory growth plans
- Attend networking events, community events, and industry functions
- Maintain accurate records and activity within our CRM
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure exceptional client service and successful placements
- Grow existing accounts while continuously developing new business opportunities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to organizations seeking talent and workforce solutions
- Proven business-to-business sales success
- Staffing, recruiting, HR, payroll, or professional services sales experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to prospect and develop new accounts
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self‑motivated with a high level of accountability
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- A hunter mentality with a passion for building relationships and creating opportunities
