• Cut and/or trim trees using various industry best management practices.
• Use wedges, sledges, and chainsaws to fell trees or trimmed trunks and cut and split logs into manageable pieces.
• Apply herbicides to prevent further growth as indicated on maps.
• Load and unload trucks with logs, stumps, brush, and debris, or feed brush into a wood chipper.
• Utilize best management practices to safeguard other employees and the public from jobsite hazards.
• Inspect tools, trucks, and other equipment.
• Request repair or replacement of equipment when necessary.
• Maintain good housekeeping on truck and at work locations.
• Commit to working safely daily.
• Perform other related work as assigned by superiors.

Starting package between $25 - 39/hr.
