Maintenance Technician

This is a hands-on, multi-craft Maintenance Technician position supporting a highly automated dairy facility. You'll help ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production, packaging, and utility systems in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

This is a great opportunity for a mechanically and electrically skilled technician who enjoys troubleshooting and working with advanced automation, robotics, and processing equipment.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience; food/beverage preferred
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Experience with PLCs, VFDs, automation, and packaging equipment
Knowledge of pumps, conveyors, separators, and pasteurization systems
Ability to read electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical drawings
Experience with instrumentation, calibration, and sanitary process systems
Ammonia refrigeration, boilers, and wastewater experience is a plus
Strong focus on preventive maintenance, food safety, and continuous improvement
Ability to work independently on a 6 PM–6 AM shift
