Southwest Bus Service is seeking dependable and customer-focused Part‑Time Coach Bus Drivers to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy driving, meeting new people, and being part of memorable travel experiences such as sporting events, school trips, tours, and special outings.
Our coach drivers help deliver safe, comfortable transportation while representing Southwest Bus Service with professionalism and pride.

- Safely operate a motor coach on scheduled trips and charters

- Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain cleanliness and basic care of assigned vehicle
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and trip coordinators
- Represent Southwest Bus Service with a positive and professional attitude
- Valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement (or willingness to obtain)
- Safe driving record
- Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, or occasional overnight trips
