Precision Garage Door has an immediate opening for full and part time office support staff in our Spartanburg location. Responsibilities are varied and include but not limited to: accounts receivable, inventory control, answering phones and scheduling appointments, dispatching and managing dynamic schedule throughout the day. We are a small locally owned company that has been in business over 22 years We have a smoke free environment.
Because we are small, we wear many hats. If you are flexible and enjoy learning this may be the right job for you.
Qualified applicants must be:
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Detail oriented
Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Dependable and honest
Able to work full time Monday through Friday 8 to 4:30 or part time to include Saturday
Committed to excellent customer service
Able to work well with an office team.
Able to lift 50 pounds
We are small business and all step in when extra help is needed.
Human Resources experience helpful.
MUST have a valid drivers license and be able to pass a criminal background check.
Compensation:
Consistent with experience.
