- Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures for screening, diligence, and onboarding processes.
- Participate in risk assessments related to global trade compliance, including emerging markets and new business initiatives.
- Support internal investigations and audits involving potential trade compliance violations.
- Stay current on relevant trade regulations and sanctions laws and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
- Assist with regulatory reporting and response to governmental inquiries, as required.
- U.S. Citizenship is required, due to the nature of work and access to export‑controlled data.
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Law, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in trade compliance, with a strong focus on denied party screening and due diligence.

- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CUSECO, CCEP, CCS) are a plus.
Skills:
- Experience in technology, aerospace, defense, or automotive sectors.
- Familiarity with SAP, Oracle or other trade compliance management systems.
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment with competing priorities.
