Business Process Specialist, Private Client Services

• Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to design and implement efficient workflows and processes
• Document and maintain business process artifacts for training and reference
• Define requirements and redesign business processes to meet best practices
• Participate in working groups to create standardized workflows across the organization
• Lead training efforts and support the configuration of agency management systems

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines high net worth insurance
• Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects
• Experience in a client-facing servicing and/or business process role
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without sponsorship

• Experience with agency management systems such as Applied Epic
• Familiarity with client relationship management (CRM) systems like Salesforce
• Experience in creating and maintaining procedure documentation
