Originations Operations Strategy Analyst

The Strategy Analyst is responsible for driving data-informed decision‑making across the organization. This role combines analytical rigor, business insight, and cross‑functional collaboration to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and implement strategies that enhance financial and operational outcomes.
This position works closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to translate complex data into clear recommendations that influence business direction and measurable results.

- Recommend changes to business strategy to key stakeholders including senior management, lead the implementation of these changes, monitor outcomes against expected results, and refine models or strategies in case expectations are not met.
- Identify areas of underperformance in complex business scenarios, analyze customer behavior against business outcomes, translate insights from these analyses to actionable business insights by evaluating alternative solutions.
- Apply mathematical techniques, statistical analysis, simulation, and optimization methods to analyze business problems and recommend solutions.
- Implementing business strategies by partnering with development teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and investors.
- Analyze operational or management reports or records.
- Analyze originations strategy results and recommend operational changes to enhance the business.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities to company.
- Implementing data collection strategies, ensuring data quality, and preparing data for analysis.
- Analyze financial data.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in an analytical field such as Mathematics, Finance, Economics, etc. required.
- Experience solving problems, communicating with a focus on business outcomes.
- Excellent project management skills with high attention to detail.
- Must enjoy working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment where every day presents unique challenges and opportunities.
- Must be a highly motivated team player with a winning attitude, passion for making all things measurable, focused on developing solutions and executable strategies, and possess a strong drive to succeed.
- Must have the willingness and desire to work extra hours when required to complete the job.

- Must have superior computer skills including familiarity with data management tools (including development and maintenance) for example Python, SQL, and Excel.
- Ability to clearly explain technical and analytical information (verbally, written and presentation form) and summarize for key stakeholders.
- Proven presentation skills, business acumen, and ability to effectively communicate across functions.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment and Physical DemandsThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full‑time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday. The daily schedule may vary from 8 am to 5 pm or 9 am to 6 pm. Hours may vary or exceed 40 in any given week depending on the needs of the business.
TravelUp to 10% travel may be required for this position.
