Manage and oversee construction projects on-site Read and interpret blueprints Strong attention to detail and ability to perform general repairs Perform preventive maintenance on equipment

Required Skills:

Construction management experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints Strong communication skills

Experience with installation and preventive maintenance Strong attention to detail and ability to perform general repairs Commercial Construction Take-offs Punch Out Lists Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience with estimating and inspections Knowledge of electrical systems OSHA certification Background in engineering or quality control Military background

Salary and Benefits :
