Project Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman, Site Manager

LHH is seeking a Project Manager for a growing construction services organization supporting residential homebuilders and multifamily developers throughout the Greenville, SC market. This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding team and take ownership of projects from pre-construction planning through completion while working closely with field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and customers.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, building relationships, solving problems, and driving project success. The role offers a combination of project oversight, subcontractor coordination, jobsite leadership, and financial accountability.

• Lead multiple residential and multifamily construction projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and overall progress.
• Visit active jobsites regularly to ensure timelines, safety expectations, and workmanship standards are being met.
• Maintain strong relationships with developers, builders, subcontractors, and trade partners.
• Review project costs and invoices while supporting profitability goals.
• Resolve field issues, schedule conflicts, and project challenges as they arise.
• Ensure material deliveries and resources are aligned with project timelines.
• Promote a culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and safety.

• Minimum of 3 years of construction experience required.
• Experience in residential, multifamily, landscaping, site development, concrete, masonry, or related construction environments.
• Previous project management, assistant project management, foreman, superintendent, crew leader, or field leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working outdoors and traveling between jobsites.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience with Quick Books and UKG is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly valued.

  Up To $90,000
• Annual Performance Bonus:
