Our client, a global leader in industrial machinery and equipment installations, is seeking a Millwright Supervisor . This role will involve 100% travel to various project sites locations across the U.S. For consideration all candidates must have previous Millwright Superintendent experience and OSHA 30 certification.

Summary of Primary Functions

The Millwright Supervisor manages Millwright crews on large-scale projects and maintains communication with clients and project coordinators. They are responsible for overseeing daily job site operations, ensuring that the company, employee, and customer needs are met. The supervisor utilizes available resources efficiently, while prioritizing safety, effectiveness, and efficiency in all aspects of the project.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all mechanical crews on the project, ensuring work is completed according to safety codes, specifications, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate daily operations and workflows, ensuring tasks are delegated appropriately and executed on schedule.
  • Review and approve timesheets, ensuring accurate reporting of hours worked and project progress.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the project teams, clients, and project coordinators, facilitating clear communication and addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of mechanical work.
  • Provide regular reports on project status, including timelines, milestones, and any potential delays or complications.
  • Ensure all necessary materials, tools, and equipment are available and organized for the crew to work efficiently
