- Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project
- Participate in daily GC coordination meetings and communicate project status, constraints, and upcoming needs
- Hold field leadership accountable for safety, quality, productivity, and documentation
Strong digital construction management experience is required for this position.
The Electrical Superintendent must be proficient with Plan Grid and Procore and comfortable managing project information directly from a tablet in the field.
Responsibilities include:- Pulling and verifying the current drawing revision before work is released to crews
- Ensuring Leads and Technicians are never working from superseded drawings
- Reviewing and managing RFIs and constraint items

- Marking up drawings and attaching supporting field photos
- Tracking and closing punch‑list and constraint items
- Maintaining accurate documentation for completed work
- Using digital documentation to communicate changes and expectations to field leadership
- Proven Superintendent experience on large-scale commercial, industrial, data center, or mission‑critical construction projects
- Data center or major industrial/commercial construction experience required
- Strong understanding of conveyance and pathway installations
- Experience managing multiple Leads and field crews simultaneously
- Strong manpower planning and labor allocation experience
- Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings and specifications
- Proven experience managing project schedules, sequencing, and production
- Strong QA/QC background
- Plan Grid and Procore proficiency required
- Comfortable working from a tablet and managing digital project documentation daily
- Experience with RFIs, constraint logs, red‑lines, as‑builts, and punch‑list management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to operate successfully in a GC‑led construction environment
- Comfortable participating in daily coordination meetings and working alongside multiple trades
