Our Program Management and Construction Management team partners closely with hyperscale technology clients to develop, construct, and commission world‑class data center campuses. From site selection and infrastructure development through facility turnover, we transform vision into reality while maintaining an unwavering commitment to safety, quality, schedule, and budget performance.
We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Construction Project Manager to support the delivery of large‑scale hyperscale data center construction projects. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can lead multiple stakeholders toward common objectives, and has a proven track record managing mission‑critical construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and client handover.
This role is responsible for managing all phases of data center project delivery, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, contractor management, construction oversight, quality assurance, safety compliance, risk management, and project closeout. The Construction Project Manager will serve as a key liaison between owners, design teams, contractors, utility providers, commissioning agents, and other project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of hyperscale data center construction projects from concept through completion.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Provide day‑to‑day construction oversight and leadership across all project phases.
- Coordinate activities among architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, utility providers, commissioning teams, and client representatives.
- Facilitate project meetings, document meeting minutes, track action items, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Analyze project performance and develop reports related to schedule, cost, safety, quality, procurement, and risk management.
- Review contract documents, construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Lead change management efforts, including evaluation, negotiation, and approval of change orders and claims.
- Review and approve contractor invoices, payment applications, and cost forecasts.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations.
- Manage project controls, including scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, earned value tracking, and reporting.
- Coordinate commissioning activities and ensure successful startup, testing, and turnover of mission‑critical systems.
- Support utility coordination and infrastructure implementation, including electrical transmission, substations, fiber networks, water systems, and site utilities.
