Psychiatrist

We are seeking a skilled Psychiatrist / Medical Director to lead our behavioral health programs and oversee clinical operations in community-based mental health services.

• Provide psychiatric leadership, supervise teams, and ensure best practices in diagnosis and treatment.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments across all age groups, develop individualized treatment plans, and manage crisis situations.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, oversee documentation, and promote staff training and quality improvement.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address complex psychiatric needs, including developmental disabilities and addiction.

Qualifications include MD with board certification in Psychiatry, outpatient and inpatient experience, expertise in pediatric, geriatric, addiction, and interventional treatments, alongside strong communication and crisis management skills.

Compensation ranges from $300,000 to $350,000 annually, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development. The role requires in-person work.
