Advanced
Practice Provider(APP) to joinabusy,Cardiothoracic service.
- Inpatient only -No clinic follow-upsandORresponsibilities
- Friday-Sunday 7p-7a
- Full-scope Cardiothoracic Surgery care , including ECMO and Impella management
- Primary coverage in CVRU , with ER and floor call as needed
- Manage post?cardiac surgery and thoracic surgery patients
- Work independently with confidence and strong clinical judgment
- Supported by a collaborative, experienced care team
- 3-5 years of Critical Care experience required
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong decision-making and procedural skills
- Experience with A-lines, central lines, and chest tube placement preferred
