Product Data Engineer

Hybrid role (Monday and Friday Remote).

• Maintain and manage product specifications, drawings, and engineering data
• Ensure product configurations are accurate across ERP and engineering systems
• Translate customer and product requirements into structured data setups
• Execute and validate engineering changes before release
• Analyze product data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities
• Improve workflows through automation and system improvements
• Support manufacturing with accurate product setup information
• Investigate issues and determine root cause
• Partner with supply chain, planning, and operations teams
• Support internal and external technical questions
• Help maintain data integrity across multiple systems
• Assist in developing new ETL processes and Back End integrations

You’ll be part of a collaborative product engineering group that supports global manufacturing operations and plays a direct role in product accuracy and performance.

Some engineers are wired for design. Others are wired for data. This role is built for the ones who enjoy both, especially the engineers who want to understand why the data looks the way it does and how the product drives it. If you like figuring out why something looks off in the data, and tracing it back to the product or process, you’ll likely enjoy this role.

This is not a pure design role. Not a pure IT/data science role. Not a pure manufacturing role. It’s a hybrid engineering position for someone who enjoys all three.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Materials Science, Mechanical, or Industrial preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or a technical environment
• SQL data management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with structured data and technical systems
• Ability to interpret technical standards and product specs
• Oracle experience a plus
• Microsoft Access experience a plus
