Why This RoleSome engineers are wired for design. Others are wired for data. This role is built for the ones who enjoy both, especially the engineers who want to understand why the data looks the way it does and how the product drives it. If you like figuring out why something looks off in the data, and tracing it back to the product or process, you’ll likely enjoy this role.
WhatYou’ll Thrive On
- Enjoy analyzing data tied to physical products
- Like finding patterns and solving system-based problems
- Want to understand how products actually work
- Are naturally curious and ask “why?”
- Enjoy improving processes and reducing errors
- Like working across teams
This is not a pure design role. Not a pure IT/data science role. Not a pure manufacturing role. It’s a hybrid engineering position for someone who enjoys all three.
Requirements for the Role- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Materials Science, Mechanical, or Industrial preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or a technical environment
- SQL data management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

If you’re an engineer who naturally asks “why does this data look like that?” and enjoys connecting product knowledge with meaningful insights, we should talk. This role is ideal for engineers ready to step into something more cross-functional, analytical, and impactful, without giving up their connection to real-world products.
