Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a Controls Engineer for the 2nd shift (1 PM - 9 PM, M-F) in Spartanburg, SC. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and improve highly automated controls, robotic and welding systems using Rockwell software and AB Compact Logix/Guard Logix.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 2+ years of experience and strong problem solving, communication, and teamwork skills to support plant operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
