Qualifications and Skills:

- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficient in decision-making and managing projects of various scales independently
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary technical specialists
- Hands-on experience with PLC, HMI, and drive programs
- Expertise in electrical systems and industrial control devices
- Prior experience with Rockwell/Allen-Bradley PLC (Control Logix and Compact Logix) and HMI is advantageous
