Job Overview

Field Engineer – Spartanburg, SC. Responsible for supporting on‑site activities, interacting with clients and management, and managing the planning and technical aspects of construction projects in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

• Interact with construction sites, clients, and project management teams to provide technical support and planning.
• Coordinate project activities and track progress in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain effective communication.
• Apply engineering knowledge to support project delivery and problem‑solving.

• Actively pursuing a 4‑year degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Forward‑thinking with a desire to learn best practices and contribute innovative ideas.
• Quick learner and driven to broaden knowledge base.
• Ability to work effectively in varied teams, including multidisciplinary teams.
• Passion for buildings and construction.
• Data center experience.

Base salary range: $69,500.00 to $95,500.00.
