Winter 2027 Co-op - Process Engineering
As a Winter 2027 Process Engineering Co-op at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), gain hands-on experience with the coffee production process by working closely with a multidisciplinary team to understand manufacturing challenges and contribute to process optimization initiatives. In addition, gain valuable insight into the day-to-day responsibilities, collaboration, and professional development of a career in engineering. This role is aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit.

Schedule:
The KDP 2027 Winter Co-op Program will run from January 4th – May 21st, 2027.
Location:
Spartanburg, South Carolina. Full-time; 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8:00am until 5:00pm Onsite.
As a Winter 2027 Process Engineering Co-op you will:
- Support process engineering projects from concept through implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot manufacturing challenges.
- Assist with equipment validation, commissioning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvement
Elements of the KDP 2027 Winter Co-op Program include:
- Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast paced, cross functional team environment
- Receive mentor support for your professional development
- Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders
- Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting
- Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department, and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business
Total Rewards: $31/hour Paid bi-weekly $5,000 sign on bonus pay, paid within first 30 days of employment
Requirements:
Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Food Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or another related field. Willingness to spend a significant amount of time on the production floor and work in a manufacturing setting. Interest in technical and operational aspects of food and beverage production. Excitement to work with innovative technologies and equipment beyond traditional K-Cup manufacturing processes.
Interest in problem solving and independent work.
