As a Fall 2027 Co-op
- Process Engineering at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) in Spartanburg, SC, you will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced food/beverage manufacturing environment while supporting engineering projects that improve safety, quality, efficiency, and reliability across our operations. You will work alongside cross-functional teams to solve real-world manufacturing challenges, analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to projects that make a meaningful impact on the business.

This role is aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit.

• The KDP Fall 2027 Co-op Program runs from July 12th
  - December 10th, 2027
• Location:
  
  Spartanburg, SC (Plant)
• Full-time; 40 hours per week
• Monday-Friday
• 8:00am until 5:00pm
• Onsite

• Support engineering and manufacturing projects focused on improving safety, quality, efficiency, and reliability of production processes and equipment
• Analyze process and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement, troubleshoot issues, and develop data-driven recommendations
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, and other cross-functional teams to implement process and equipment improvements
• Participate in root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and problem-solving activities to address manufacturing challenges
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation, reports, project updates, and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project impact

• Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast paced, cross functional team environment
• Receive mentor support for your professional development
• Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders
• Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting
• Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department,and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business

• $31/hr
• Paid bi-weekly
• $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid within first 30 days of employment

• Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functional, be independently driven, and adapt to changes.
• Skills desired:
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and an interest in process improvement, data analysis, manufacturing operations, and engineering principles; familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma, CAD, Solid Works, or other engineering software is a plus
